Bachelor Party Roles: Who Books, Who Pays, and Who Keeps Time?

Assign bachelor party roles for booking, payment, timing, transportation, guest count, and dress-code reminders.

A bachelor party strip-club night fails less often from the venue and more often from unclear jobs. Who books, who pays, who keeps time, and who gets the bachelor through the door on schedule are separate roles. Assign them early and the night stays simple.

AIRSTRIP Las Vegas is at 4416 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89169. Entry is 21+ with valid ID. The club is open nightly from 8:00 PM, until 5:00 AM Monday through Friday and 6:00 AM Saturday and Sunday. Complimentary pickup is available within a 15-mile radius; confirm eligibility and pickup instructions when you book.

Assign roles before you book

Give each job to one person. Shared responsibility sounds fair; it usually means nobody confirms the booking or the ride.

  • Booking host: Owns the package choice, confirmation email/text, and any changes. One name on the reservation reduces last-minute confusion.
  • Money host: Collects group contributions, pays the Full PrePay total at checkout, and keeps a simple split sheet. Does not have to be the same person as the booking host.
  • Timekeeper: Sets dinner/show end times, departure window, and a hard “we leave the hotel at…” message. Protects the bachelor from drifting plans.
  • Pickup / ride lead: Confirms complimentary pickup (15-mile radius) or books the group’s own car. Shares the address and arrival window in one group thread.
  • Bachelor handler: Keeps the bachelor’s ID, phone, and pace. Not a babysitter—just the person who makes sure he is ready when the ride arrives.

Who books

The booking host should lock the package once headcount is stable. For most bachelor crews around ten guests, start with Skyline Booth & Bottle Service. Mid-size groups can compare Full Throttle, Standby, and Basic Economy on the packages page. Couples or a quieter host-and-bachelor stop can look at First Class Cabin.

Package pages show base prices. At Booketing checkout, 15% gratuity, 8.375% sales tax, and a 5% processing fee are added. The Full PrePay total appears before payment—have the money host ready before the booking host hits pay.

For package comparisons aimed at bachelor parties, use the longer guide: Las Vegas bachelor party strip club packages.

Who pays

Decide the split before anyone drinks. Common patterns that work:

  • Even split: Package total divided by the number of paying guests (often excluding the bachelor).
  • Package + cash pool: Prepay covers booth/bottles; a separate cash pool covers tips and extras inside.
  • One payer, settle later: Money host prepays; everyone Venmos the same day with the checkout screenshot attached.

Do not wait until you are at the door to argue about who covers what. The Full PrePay total is visible before payment—screenshot it into the group chat so the number is fixed.

Who keeps time — sample timeline

Adjust for dinner or a show. The point is one shared clock, not a military schedule.

  1. Afternoon (day of): Booking host reconfirms reservation and pickup window. Timekeeper posts the leave-hotel time.
  2. T−90 minutes: Group finishes dinner or the show. IDs out. Bachelor handler does a quick headcount.
  3. T−60 to T−45: Ride lead meets the complimentary pickup (if eligible within 15 miles) or the booked car. Share 4416 Paradise Rd again.
  4. Arrival after 8:00 PM: Club is open nightly from 8:00 PM. Aim to be seated while energy is building, not scrambling at last call.
  5. Inside: Timekeeper sets a soft wrap time so the group is not deciding exits while tired. Remember close times: 5:00 AM Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM Sat–Sun.
  6. Exit: Same ride lead owns the way home. No split Ubers without a headcount.

Night-of checklist

  • Every guest is 21+ with valid ID.
  • One booking confirmation shared to the whole group.
  • Pickup confirmed within the 15-mile radius—or your own ride plan written down.
  • Money settled against the Full PrePay total, not a rough estimate.
  • Dress and arrival window in one message, not five competing chats.

FAQ

Can the bachelor be the booking host?

‍ He can, but it usually works better if someone else owns logistics so he is not fielding payment texts all day.

What if headcount changes after we prepay?

‍ Contact the club before arrival—call/text 702.734.7990 or use the custom request form—rather than hoping the door can rebuild the package on the spot.

Do we need Valley-wide pickup?

No. Complimentary pickup is within a 15-mile radius only. If your hotel is outside that range, plan your own ride.

Lock roles first, then pick a package on the packages page or learn more about the room at AIRSTRIP the club. Questions before you book: 702.734.7990.
