Las Vegas Bottle Service Guide: What to Know Before Booking

A practical guide to AIRSTRIP bottle-service options, headcounts, arrival times, bottle levels, mixers, transportation conditions, and checkout costs.

Bottle service should make a group night easier, but only when the reservation matches the headcount and arrival plan. AIRSTRIP's current online catalog includes several table and booth options with a bottle or bottles. The base price is not the only difference. Some offers require an early arrival, some use club-choice bottles, and others list premium bottles. Taxes and fees appear at checkout, and the selected date's terms control the purchase.

PREFLIGHT BOTTLE: FOUR GUESTS BEFORE 10 PM

Preflight Bottle is $175 for four guests. The live offer lists free entry when the group uses AIRSTRIP transportation, a table for four, and one premium bottle with mixers. The entire group must arrive before 10 PM. Checkout does not currently repeat the ride wording in the inclusion list for this package, so use the exact confirmation rather than assuming every transportation detail.

FULL THROTTLE: FIVE GUESTS

Full Throttle Service is $399 for five guests. Checkout lists a ride, transportation-linked entry, a table for five, and one premium bottle with mixers. At five guests, the base package cost is $79.80 per person before taxes and fees. If the group grows, confirm whether another table, bottle, or a larger package is required.

SKYLINE BOOTH: TEN GUESTS

Skyline Booth and Bottle Service is $699 for ten guests. It includes a booth for ten and two premium bottles with mixers, with free entry tied to AIRSTRIP transportation. Checkout does not currently repeat the free-ride phrase in this offer's inclusion list. Ten confirmed guests bring the base price to $69.90 per person before taxes and fees.

STANDBY: FOUR TO SIX GUESTS AT 8 PM

Standby Bottle is $99 and uses checkout pricing based on four guests, while the table is described for four to six. It requires an 8 PM arrival and lists a ride, transportation-linked entry, a table, and one club-choice bottle with mixers. This is an early flexible option, not a promise that any bottle brand can be selected.

BASIC ECONOMY: SEVEN OR MORE AT 8 PM

Basic Economy is shown as a reservation option for seven or more guests. It requires an 8 PM arrival and lists a ride, transportation-linked entry, a table for seven or more, and one club-choice bottle with mixers. Because checkout does not display a simple base price in the same way as the other offers, review the final amount for the selected date before committing.

PREMIUM AND CLUB-CHOICE ARE DIFFERENT

If a particular spirit or brand matters, ask before payment. A premium bottle package and a club-choice bottle package should not be treated as identical. Confirm the bottle category, available substitutions, included mixers, and the price of any upgrade or additional bottle. The package page should be read with the checkout, not used to infer an unlimited menu.

SEATING AND SERVICE

A table or booth gives the group a shared base and a server, but it does not automatically include private-room time or personal entertainment. Confirm the seating capacity and whether the whole group must arrive together. If the group wants a private room, the current First Class Cabin is the online offer that explicitly lists one hour of private VIP room access for two guests.

TRANSPORTATION AND ENTRY

AIRSTRIP states that complimentary pickup is available within a 15-mile radius and that Strip hotels are covered. Call or text 702-734-7990 for the pickup point and current instructions. Free entry is tied to using AIRSTRIP transportation as stated in checkout. Do not assume round-trip service, airport pickup, or a particular vehicle without written confirmation.

CALCULATE VALUE PER GUEST CAREFULLY

A per-person estimate is useful only when the complete group and checkout total are known. Divide the base package by the guests it includes, then add taxes, fees, tips, optional entertainment, extra bottles, and return transportation to the budget. Do not divide a four-person package across six expected guests unless the venue confirms the extra guests and price. The apparent value of Skyline or Full Throttle comes from using the listed capacity and inclusions, not from squeezing more people into reserved seating.

ASK WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE HEADCOUNT CHANGES

Las Vegas trips change quickly. Someone may miss a flight, leave dinner early, or invite another friend. Contact AIRSTRIP before arrival when the group becomes larger or smaller. Ask whether the selected package can be adjusted, whether a different table is needed, and whether the original arrival deadline still applies. Do not assume that an unused guest share becomes a transferable credit. The written change or cancellation terms and the venue's direct response should control.

KEEP THE ORDER UNDER ONE RESPONSIBLE CONTACT

One person should hold the confirmation and approve changes to the table, bottles, or tab. Other guests can pay their share privately, but several people should not give competing instructions to the server. When a new bottle or upgrade is suggested, confirm the price and who is paying before it is opened. Review the package inclusions at the table so the group knows which mixers or bottles were prepaid and which requests will create a new charge.

PACE THE SERVICE AND PLAN A SAFE RETURN

Bottle service is not a reason to rush consumption. Give the group water, food where available, and time. Never pressure a guest to drink because the bottle was prepaid. Decide how everyone will leave before service begins, and do not treat pickup to AIRSTRIP as proof of a return ride unless the confirmation says so. If someone becomes impaired, involve the organizer and staff, keep the person with a trusted friend, and arrange legal sober transportation.

If a specific birthday toast or presentation matters, tell the venue before arrival and ask what can be coordinated. Keep the request separate from guaranteed package inclusions, and do not bring outside alcohol, food, decorations, or professional equipment without written approval.

FINAL BOTTLE-SERVICE CHECKLIST

Confirm the exact headcount, arrival deadline, table or booth, bottle level, mixers, transportation condition, final total, taxes and fees, dress code, and change or cancellation terms. AIRSTRIP is at 4416 Paradise Rd and is 21+ with valid ID required. A clear reservation lets the group enjoy the night without renegotiating basic details at the door.
